About me
Hello Everyone,
My name is Wayne Schaper and I have just completed my 40th year in education all in Spring Branch ISD (Houston). I have served in many roles in our district such as Teacher, Coach, Assistant Principal, Principal, Director and now as the Purchasing Manager responsible for the Central Warehouse, Instructional Material and Logistics. This is my 13th year as a member of IMCAT and I have served as a Board Member and President. I have also been the two time President of the Region IV IMCAT group.
I believe that our role as an IMCAT member is to mentor new IM coordinators and to help them become familiar with their position as quickly and conveniently as possible. In this day in education, we all have to wear many hats and the easier we can make the IM process, the better.
My hope is that you can walk away from the IMCAT conference with the knowledge and skills that you need to make your job easier.
