About me
Have been working in Birdville ISD since 2008, where i started as a night custodian. Moved to our district warehouse in 2012 and took on my current position in 2014. "Baptism by fire" is all i can say about those early days. I was encouraged to join both IMCAT and our local NTTCA group (a local IMCAT affiliate), and i'm so glad that i did. IMCAT and NTTCA members helped me navigate EMAT, IMA, legal, financial and logistics issues, setting me up for the successes i have been so lucky to enjoy.
I joined the IMCAT Board in 2016 and have been serving as a Board member ever since. It's such a pleasure to get to share my experiences with others and watch them become successful in their journey.
